A Practice of Creative & Expressive Exploration
I participated in both individual and group IFS sessions with Rose, where she skillfully and gently guided me into internal processes that allowed me to work with trauma imprints, to foster self-acceptance and to make improvements in my life based on a deeper understanding of my patterns and behaviors.
Rose is a wonderful coach who in her sessions embodies active listening full of empathy and without judgement. I feel that one of her greatest contributions to my healing & personal development journey is her empowerment-based approach and relatability. I felt like I was really stuck in repetitive behavior cycles that were getting in the way of my family life and my marriage. Rose was the first practitioner that helped me feel major changes in those areas. I had several IFS sessions with Rose which helped me reconcile differents parts of me that were stuck in the past and needed to be welcomed to the present moment. I was blocked creatively, unable to focus and find the time I needed to devote to my writing. Rose was instrumental in helping me find the structure I needed. With her support, I was able to improve my creativity, set up a writing schedule and stick to it. Rose helped me to clear the cobwebs and finally work at the level I needed to.
