I’m Rose B. Schaefer, an Integral Expressive Art and Drama Therapy Practitioner and Creativity Coach with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and groups in reconnecting with their inner guidance system, identifying their vision and values, expanding their capacity for creative problem solving, and expressing their authentic voice.
My work is rooted in an eclectic alchemy of interdisciplinary training and lived experience, grounded in spontaneity, play, color, and expressive freedom as pathways to meaning making and transformation in people’s lives- and in the world. An experienced compassionate leader and cultural change maker, combining my clinical knowledge with a playful, non judgmental, high vibe approach, I hold the Sacred space where Chaos becomes creative fuel.
I am an ACC Credentialed Coach through ICF. I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and certifications from the FLOW Coaching Institute in both Professional Coaching (ICF accredited) and Expressive Arts Coaching. I completed the IFS Foundations for Coaches training through IFSI.
My undergraduate studies in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies gave me a foundational lens to understand how our personal identity and internal systems are shaped by external systems, societal roles, and collective narratives. At the heart of my work is a commitment to honoring and integrating the full spectrum of human experience.
I’m currently offering individual sessions, couples+ sessions (including ENM and LGBTQ affirming), creative process development, fertility coaching sessions, as well as a variety of workshops and events.
