I’m Rose B. Schaefer, an Integral Expressive Art and Drama Therapy Practitioner and Creative Coach with over a decade of experience helping people realize that the chaos that they’ve been hiding from, or trying to manage, is actually the most alive, most powerful, most creative force they have within.
I support individuals, couples+, groups, and organizations in reconnecting with their inner guidance system, understanding and integrating their unique gifts and strengths, clarifying their vision and values, expanding their capacity for creative problem solving, and expressing their authentic voice.

I hold an MA in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and I am an ACC Credentialed Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My coaching certifications include Professional Coaching (ICF accredited) and Expressive Arts Coaching, both through the FLOW Coaching Institute. I completed IFS Foundations for Coaches training through IFSI.
My undergraduate studies in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies gave me the foundational intersectional lens I bring: an understanding of how personal identity and internal systems are shaped by external systems, societal roles, and collective narratives. At the heart of my work is a commitment to honoring and integrating the full spectrum of human experience. My practice is explicitly Anti-Racist, LGBTQ+ affirming and ENM-inclusive.
My work is rooted in an eclectic alchemy of interdisciplinary and intersectional education, training, and lived experience, rooted in spontaneity, mythos, play, color, symbolism, and emotional freedom. My approach is attuned, nonjudgmental, and genuinely high-vibe, combining clinical depth with expressive, embodied tools that turn your inner world into your greatest resource.
