The conception and development of a baby is not dissimilar to the germination of a creative idea. Both are first conceived, nourished, grow and develop, and if and when they are ready are birthed into the world.
You may feel called to use our time together to deepen your connection to your fertility — by understanding your cycles, nutrition, acupuncture, herbal support and supplementation, and the full range of options available to you, or finding trusted resources in your community. Perhaps you’re already contemplating or moving through assisted reproduction, surrogacy, or adoption, and you need support navigating the process .
I can support you in exploring all aspects of fertility, while also helping you connect more deeply to your true wishes and strengthen your ability to advocate for yourself every step of the way.
You may also feel drawn to explore your relationship with yourself in connection to your partner(s) or family. Perhaps there is unresolved grief, fear, or past loss around fertility or motherhood that you are ready to process. Or maybe you’ve experienced distress or discrimination navigating the medical system.
I offer a nurturing container where your feelings can be expressed, witnessed, and integrated without judgment.
